Echange to fix sagging

Before my surgery I had deflated saggy breasts that were asymmetrical. The surgeon said I only needed a lift on one side.  I got 500 m+ implants with a lift on one side but now I just have bigger saggy breasts,  nipples still not even and not at all perky like the wish pics I showed the Dr . Yesterday at my appt Dr. said they looked good and natural. He wants me happy of course so Dr said in order to fix the problem I would need larger implants overfilled so they would push out.  I asked about a different profile and Dr said with my body width the hp would be to narrow. Does this sound right ? I'm just worried that I'll end up with even bigger saggy boobs!

Dr. Michelle Roughton please advise.

  • What type of lift did you have?  In my experience the donut style doesn't lift as well (other problems such are areolar spread too) as the vertical pattern or anchor shaped lifts.  If you are able to send me a photo I may be able to offer more specific advice.

I would be honored to see you at my office in Raleigh, NC!

I'm sorry,  I never saw your reply.  Where can I send you a photo? I had a lollipop lift on one side.

    • Kay Star you can email me if you like dr.michelle@askamelia.com or just put it here. Click on that paperclip to attach it I think. I'm guessing you need addition and subtraction to get a round look. Meaning, take away some of your natural breast at the bottom and add a bigger implant. Sometimes larger implants are used for shape rather than simply for volume.
