  • Patients, it will take time for them to drop.  Rest, ice packs, and genial massage with lotion or Bobbie butter is what helped me.

Crazybeautiful I鈥檓 3 wpo 640cc and I haven鈥檛 been cleared for massage yet. However I do a little after I shower massaging in with boobie butter. First week is rough I took Percocet.

  • There is a full massage PS recommend weeks after surgery and YouTube has several examples, I am talking about light rubbing and gentle pressure movements that I do with Jenny Edens Boobie Butter just to relive some of the soreness.  Also some light stretching of my arms helped relieve some of it, like pulling your arms slowly up over your head from the sides and front and some slow slower rolls.

  • Don鈥檛 be afraid to take your meds when you need them. Also I loveddd I鈥檝e packs. And lots of rest.

  • DEFINITELY consult your surgeon BEFORE MASSAGING. PLEASE PLEASE ONLY take a doctor鈥檚 advice on this. CALL YOUR PS!!  They usually have an emergency number if you need it.

    Eden agrees:

TigOleBitties agree completely but light rubbing of the boobie butter has helped and recommend by most including the podcasts done by Jenny.  As the nerves start waking back up the light rubbing helps tremendously.

  • I can鈥檛 wait to see your drop & fluff. Ask your PS if you can start to drink Arnica tea and use arnica oil. It helps with bruising and soreness.

  • Thank you ladies... damn this has been a roller coaster ride for me yesterday was horrible, plus been getting low grade fever one time throughout the day. Hope all is well... idk I may just be crazy but my boobs feel very hard more my left then right and feel at my armpit... I am worried maybe they are too big for my body? But hubby and dr say no... lol just a bunch of missed emotions here. I do have patience but dang I am having back pain from the way I sleep. I was a stomach sleeper. Please tell me y鈥檃ll have gone through this too in the first week? I am not allowed to take arnica as per my surgeon nor massage until 5 weeks post op.

Crazybeautiful it take time and a lot patients it will be 6-9 months before they really settle on shape and placement, The swelling will slowly subside, and I found if I used one arm more then the other throughout the day it was firmer and more swollen that night.

  • Wonderful result! Please show updates monthly as you're comfortable, because I just have to know how you D&F evens out. Few people go big or go home, so I am curious how it goes for you. I want a similar size myself.

As others have said, your tightness and firmness so early is normal; things will relax as you heal and your muscles allow for your implants' mass. Your muscles are uneven right now due to you having a favored hand/arm, which is true for most people, but should drop and fluff evenly.

If/when you are cleared for painkillers and a warm bath to relax your muscles, try both and be gentle with yourself. No lifting for a while! Take it easy. The pain will pass. If it doesn't, trust your body and contact your PS for assistance.
