Implant exchange

I got 310 silicone overs and like them but wish they were fuller! It will be a year in May and Iโ€™m booked for exchange in March and going to have 400 to 450 in the operating room. Any suggestions? Iโ€™m 5โ€™ 8 140 lbs- very active also

Which brand and profile did you have originally and what are you going for?

I'm 5'7 140lbs. Bandwidth was 12. I was a deflated 34a before and wanted to be a full C small D. I'm super active as well and didn't want my boobs to change that. My ps gave me a range of 300cc-400cc to get the look I wanted. From reading this page and all these girls journey everyone said go bigger. So I asked my PS about going for a bit outside his range. And ended up deciding on 450cc HP. I'm 5wks post-op and a big fan so far!!! I was so nervous I'd be too  big. But I was really surprised how easily these can be dressed down. Like most of the people in my life haven't noticed, Some days I wonder if I should have gone 500or550 ๐Ÿ˜‚

Heather Lea I'm eager to see what my "final" results are going to actually look like. Some ladies have said their's stop changing at 3 months and others have noticed changes for the full year. So we shall see! I just knew I wanted more upper pole fullness so that made me pick high profile.

  • I'm 5'6," 125 lbs and got 615 UHP unders. I love them and wouldn't change them for anything! They are surprisingly easy to hide and I actually find myself more frustrated with my wardrobe because they aren't as obvious as I'd like, but that has more to do with how my clothes are tailored than the my breast size.

I have multiple friends with BAs who Crossfit multiple times a week with no issues whatsoever (they have unders as well). Though I will say they faithfully follow the exercise guidelines of their surgeons.

The only regret I had with going larger was that my 2-year-old ultra cuddly baby girl couldn't melt into my chest when I held her like she did before my BA. We've adapted, of course. But I would have postponed until she was a little older if I had the foresight to see that loss sooner.
