20 yrs with implants, have a c cup. Contemplating having a lift because of age and gravity? Unsure what to do? Not happy with them anymore?

  • I've just had my first BA a couple months ago, but I'm preparing to possibly need a lift someday down the road if aging takes it's toll and they start to sag. I don't know a ton about it, but the girls on here who have had BL/BA have some really beautiful results, although I know the procedure is significantly more involved. Are you experiencing any symptoms of rupture or capsular contracture, or is it "just time"?

  • Almost 4 weeks post op with lift and implant exchange. Had original implants almost 11 years and knew at some point I would want to do a lift, even though I thought they still looked really great. For me, it was just time, and I felt like the longer I wait, the older (47) I get and wanted to just feel and look my best now. I also had a tummy tuck done, which as far as post op recovery was 100 times worse than lift. My husband didn鈥檛 really see the need but even only 4 weeks out, he says he can now understand why I felt the way I did馃槉 really for me, the lift recovery wasn鈥檛 much different than the original BA. the pocket was already there, and obviously there is more incision lines, but that鈥檚 just skin healing, and wasn鈥檛 really painful. Good luck!

I just had my first BA... I plan to start having children in a few years. I expect to do a lift and implant exchange around my 45th birthday in 13 years.
