Almost 5 months post OP and still no drop and fluff
I'm starting to think I'm going to need a revision. My implants have hardly dropped since my bl/ba 4/25/19. Should I still have hope or should I start planning another surgery? I live in GA and had surgery in the DR. The pictures are from 2 mpo and 4mpo not much difference
Firstly, I'm glad you're OK. I really worry about international surgery. They do not have the same standards we have here. Many women do well and many surgeons are great, I'm sure, but we in the States get to see all the ones who don't and aren't. So if you're considering international surgery--proceed with caution.
As for your breasts, too early to tell. I agree you would usually have experienced more drop and fluff by now but you may still be happier with time. Do implant massage--lie down on your back and push your implant down toward your toes. Do that a couple of times a day. It's late but you can try an upper band too. Simplest way I have for that is to wear a sports bra at night that you only pull down as far as the top of the implants; don't wear it normally as a bra. Give yourself at least 6months before you consider revision, hopefully your capsule is still soft and pliable and you may get some more stretch inferiorly.
Best of luck!
I would be honored to see you at my office in Raleigh, NC!
