  • Hi ladies! I’ve been on Bustmob for a few weeks now gathering as much info as I can before my surgery (Oct 16!!) but this is my first post. My stats: 5’10, 145 lb, going with 485cc mod plus under the muscle. Starting at 34b, hoping for a full D or DD. I’m a little nervous they'll be too big, but everyone says boob greed is real so who knows. I’m excited to finally be able to post in the October group!! Looking forward to seeing everyone’s progress. Attached is a before and after vectra pic :)

Boobie dawl I have my pre-op on the 7th...that’s when we’ll decide how many cc’s....I’m very conflicted because 500 cc looks great on some girls but I’ve also seen some in the 600s that I like. Idk my BWD so these are all questions I will have for my surgeon. He did mention I have a small frame but I’m trying to go as big as I can, without complications. 🙏

toridanielle your results look great! Did you find that the rice sizers were pretty accurate in terms of projected size? I’ve been walking around in 345 rice sizers in a sports bra, and I’m thinking they are too big.

Ijba814 thank you! For me, they were pretty accurate in terms of size but not accurate for projection/feel. When I had the “rice boobs” in they felt huge and pointy. The implants feel more part of me and like the weight is more spread out around my chest, if that makes sense.

I’m only 10 days post op, but I thought my 485cc rice boobs were too big and sometimes I feel my 485cc implants are too big. Ultimately I’m glad I went the size I did because I’d rather be too big than too small, and as they drop they are looking less crazy huge.

toridanielle this was so helpful! I was worried about the size and the weight of the 345s. I’m not as worried about the weight anymore, but the size still seems too big for my liking. I took out a tbsp which is supposedly 15ccs, and for some reason they feel and look better. I know that 15ccs is nothing in the grand scheme of things, but it does give me piece of mind. I’d prefer to err on the side of smaller either way. Thank you!

toridanielle You described it so well.  I’m only 2 weeks post surgery but I also was very concerned that the 500 cc’s in sizers and rice sizers at home looked too big, too much projection. Made me look top heavy.  So I went with the 450s.  Still bandaged full time (because I also did the lift) but I think sizers and rice are better than nothing for that idea but will probably “stick out” more than your new boobs will.

it seems like us lift + implants girls can’t get a good feel for how we will look til after we’re done with all the bandages etc for the incisions. Since we have our fronts so encased.

Planning on silicone mod+ unders, somewhere in the 300-350 range, shooting for a more natural look. I'm excited to share the journey with all you other October gals!

  • Hi Ladies! I'm scheduled for October 18th with Dr. Pyle and my pre-op is coming up in a couple of weeks! I'm super excited/nervous. I'm 5'6" 120ish lbs. I'm still deciding between 285 and 305 CC silicone mod unders. I want to keep it natural looking, so I don't want to go too big for my frame. Excited to embark on this adventure with all of you ladies!

  • I'm scheduled for October 10th at 10am and I'm getting so nervous that this is the wrong path for me.  I was so excited to finally find a doctor that had no issue working with me (trans), that I couldn't wait to book.  I waited a year and that's were we're at now.  I just can't decide if it's the right choice or not, I've wanted it for so long that I couldn't wait.  Now that it's just right around the corner I'm wondering if I'm just worried about nothing and once I wake up it'll be the best thing I've ever done or if I should call and cancel.  I'm pretty sure I've read enough stories to know it'll probably be the best thing I've ever done but the worry is still there.

Liz Thanks girl!  I should say that I'm not really nerves about the surgery itself, the number of surgeries that are done everyday and that have 0 issues make me stay calm (I'm a very analytical person lol).  I'm more nerves about the cost, and dealing with family/people after.  I'm more of a tomboy lady that most people don't even know I'm trans and the thought be being me makes me nerves.  I just keep telling myself that if it was free I'd have done it a million times over, so I'm just scared of dropping that much money on something.

Mariojas Oh I agree I could care less what people think, it's just the I don't want to deal.  There's going to be questions and it's people just won't take "I don't want to talk about it" as an answer for anything it seems. But I'm not even really worried about that, if someone gets a tattoo there's nothing said about it after a few days, I imagine the same can be said about new boobies.

I'm just still freaking out about the cost, a good ole fashion case of sticker shock.  I was fully on board when I made the appt and said: "THIS IS FOR ME".  But now it's turned into you know that money could really go a long way to blah, or blah.

    • JessTA I can’t relate 100% because I’m not trans, but as a member of the LGBTQ community I’d like to chime in to remind you to take care of yourself first and love yourself first. I just got mine done last week and a few days before surgery I thought to myself “what the hell am I doing?” I think it’s a normal response to this type of procedure, and even more so for you as you transition. For me, I was ashamed of my body, especially my breasts. Embarrassed to look at myself naked. Terrified to let my girlfriend see me with the lights on for the first time. Not having that feeling anymore is priceless to me. You don’t owe anybody an explanation. This is for you not for them. And as far as coming out, it is absolutely f***ing terrifying but 100% worth it. There’s nothing worse than being trapped in a cage you wish you could get out of. But you also have to understand that people will have questions. There will always be questions. The more humble and honest you are, the less questions they ask, and the more free you feel. You say if you were free you would’ve already done it. If the money is there then be free.

P.S. if I’m completely off please let me know. My words only come from a place of love and support.

Melindaaaaaaaa I don't think you're off base at all.  It's hard for me because like I mentioned I'm trans but I'm not your standard girly girly transwoman, hell to say I'm girly in any way is a strech.  But what does that even mean?  I know that I'm always going to gendered masculine becasue well I like short hair, and I like more masculine clothing.  Could that change? possibly but I've been on hormones for two years and tried womens clothing and it just didn't feel right probably to many options.  I'm a t-shirt and jeans girl, and a suit when needed.  But as I've mentioned before I want to enance my boobs, I started hormones at 30 and there's not much they can do.  When I told my BFF her responce was go for it but that I should fully transition.  Um I have in my own way, but she didn't feel that I had done enough.  We talked about it and I pointed out that a lot of her FAAB friends were more tom boyish than I was which changed her tone.  That's what made me start tripple guessing myself.  but she appoligized and said she'd support me regarless, she just wanted to protect me.

Mariojas Unfortunately it didn't :(  I work for a crazy person that started threating to close the company down 5 days after my planned surgery date.  I paid my surgon had the pre-op tests scheduled then bam he threatins to close the business down.  Petrified that I was about to lose all my savings I decided to postpone while I find a new job.

    •  we’re one day apart! I’m next Friday and soooo freaking nervous. 😭What size are you now and what are you going with? I’m a 34a or 32b right now and I think I’m going to buy a few 34dd and hopefully they fit but I may be more like a 34d.

    • Goodlife22 Lwilson0712 I’m a next week gal too! I’m going in for round 2 though. Best advice for bras? Go get a couple cheap front clasp ones from Walmart for the first month Or two. It sucks to wait, but they change SO much! I got 450 HP unders for my first surgery; was a 34C the week after, they settled at a 34DDD. I started at a 34A. I hope everything goes well for you both!!

  • You know how when you go into a candle store and smell a bunch of candles you totally lose your sense of smell? I feel that way right now about looking at boobs lol. The longer I look at wish pics, the more desensitized I become, to the point where boobs that used to look huge to me suddenly don't seem that big! My husband is really rooting for something in the 300cc range, and he's definitely noticed that the closer we get to surgery (10/30), the bigger the boobs in my wish pics! Anyone else have this issue? I know boob greed is a thing, I just didn't expect to have it BEFORE the surgery!

tarenwoo I feel the same way! I originally wanted around 375-400 and then chose 425 and now I’m a week away and probably wouldn’t mind having 500. 😂

Goodlife22 thanks!! The surgery went well. My blood pressure spiked a little after the surgery, but as soon as my husband came back into the recovery room, it went down.

Slept a lot today. Feeling Good considering! Been out of bed twice so far. Been snacking and drinking ginger ale and watching TV in between naps. Thankful, grateful, blessed!

I’m starting to get super nervous. Have to be there at 6:30am but hopefully that just means it will be over with really fast.

Goodlife22 I went with 400cc in the left and 425cc on the right to try to balance some slight asymmetry.  The first half of today was more painful. I’m doing better this evening. Started icing 30 mins on and 30mins off. That has helped! 😊

Goodlife22 oh no! I’m so sorry. The first morning hurt a lot for me too. After about midday and a few naps and meds, i was feeling much better. I had a c-section a few years ago, so compared to that this is a little less painful so far  🙏🙏🙏 praying that you get some pain relief soon!!

    • Goodlife22 I’m so sorry for laughing but I consider myself having a high pain tolerance too and holy hell I was not prepared to feel like my boobs got hit by a train 😂 The first 2 days were the worst for me, especially in the morning and trying to get out of bed but it gets significantly better after that. I just knocked myself out with the pain meds to get through it. If you have nausea meds I recommend taking them even if you’re not nauseous to stay on top of it. When you wake up, take a lap around the house, go pee, eat a lil something, pop your pain pills and go back to sleep. Time will fly 😂 oh and get a stool softener ASAP!

Melindaaaaaaaa Yes, thank you for sharing your after BL pic. I'm going in on the 9th for BL/BA and am really nervous about the outcome. You look great! nice round fullness on the bottom. I've seen so many BL's with flat bottoms.  I will have an anchor lollipop lift.

    • MommyB26 what kind of implant are you getting? I had to correct my mistake in my original post too; I had a donut lift not lollipop! The pain pills must’ve had something to do with that lol

Melindaaaaaaaa Smooth Mentor. Not sure on CC's yet. I'm thinking #325-375. I don't want to go too big as I am a marathon runner, but want my perky round girls back. 🙂

    • MommyB26 I was stuck between 375-415 but couldn’t decide so right before surgery I showed my doc a pic of my dream boobs to remind him of the look I wanted and told him to pick since he is the expert. First thing I asked when I woke up was what size he used 😂 I think he made the right choice I love them so far!
