Side sleeping?

I’m 2 weeks PO and sleeping on my back has been SO uncomfortable. I’m usually a side or stomach sleeper. How early did you ladies start side sleeping again? I don’t want to do anything to mess up the placement of the implant, but it takes forever to fall asleep and I’m always SO tired the next morning. Helppp 😩

  • I feel you! My doc said I could start side sleeping at 2 weeks. But I would do what your doctor recommends. I know that it’s the worst!

  • I found i wasnt comfortable sleeping on my side until about 3-4 weeks, and stomach at about 2- 2.5 months post op. It will continue to feel weird until one day youll notice that it just...doesnt anymore. It will get better, promise!!

Sydney Paige True. I had surgery 8/22, got permission to sleep on my side at 2 weeks, but I still have to adjust myself carefully. If I’m too much on my side (like too much weight on the boob), they do still feel uncomfortable. But it is still way more comfy than sleeping on my back!

  • My doc said I could sleep however felt comfortable to me. I’m 3 days post op and it’s painful to lay on my side unfortunately but I will put a pillow under my back and sort of lay on my side/ on my back and that seems to help but I can’t wait to side sleep again!!
