Need help on sizing

Hi everyone! My first post on here.. so I’ve been to two consultations. My first one didn’t have me wear any of the inserts but my second one did and I’m happy because now I feel I might be going to big. I’m 5’6 130lbs. Im wearing the 345cc’s. Think they’ll be to big? I’ve always been a 32 B and I can’t imagine having a bunch of weight on my chest. I just want to fill them basically.  Think they’ll be heavy? Should I go high 200’s? Will I most likely need a lift in 10 years going this big? Thanks so much in advance.

I don’t think those are too big at all and I honestly think if you wanted to you could go bigger. All I’ve heard while being in this group is that people wished they went bigger. If you go under you are going to lose some cc. If you go with 345cc I think they look great on you!

  • They always look bigger than they end up in when trying them on in those bras. How you carry them, your current tissue, under the muscle- it all factors in after surgery. I think you’ll be ok! :) I have 400/425 measuring 32DDD & I personally don’t think they’re heavy or that I’ll need a lift later! Good luck! IMO- Sizing is really the hardest part for us all! Lol.

  • Crazy! This is 375 sizers, he said would take me to a D/DD but they don't look big at all. I can go to 450 and I plan on going with that size. I'd much rather have too big than too small.

I don't think yours look big at all, they fit you nicely! Biggest regret is not going with the bigger size. You do lose some going under the muscle, so I'd at least, go with the next biggest size from what you like.

rainb0w_brite I want a full C so around 345 cc sounds like it then if 375 gives D/DD. Thanks for your feedback sizing is hard!

Jenilee it really is!! For me though, I know, I'd rather end up being too big than too small. I've seen the "boobs greed" posts and I'd rather not question myself afterwards and wonder/regret about not going the biggest I could go.

It doesn't help that each cc looks so different on each person,  even with same or very similar stats. But, at the end of the day, you just have to go with what YOU feel most comfortable with. You know the results/look you're aiming for, go with your gut.

FinallyDidIt you look great! Ya I was thinking maybe going down to 325 cc but your right they won’t be that big as the insert, now I’m encouraged to pick the 345, might even try the 350, I want a full C end result. Thank you for your feedback!

  • I am 5'2 and got 450cc. I am 2 weeks post OP. When I was at my sizing appointment he told me whatever size I liked he would go up 50cc since I was going under the muscle and would lose some volume. Best of luck!

  • Obviously depends on your goals but they don't look too big.  I wouldn't worry too much about the weight,  I have 775cc's and each of my implants weigh less than 2lbs so yours being in the v300 range would add a very small amount of weight

  • I think you'll be good at 345cc. It depends on how much tissue you currently have and some other factors others have mentioned but I just did 375cc from a 34A and I LOVE THEM. I wanted to fill out a C (and have no idea where I'm at yet - 3wpo on Monday) but they don't feel heavy and honestly most people can't tell yet bc I have always worn really padded bras so until the tank tops and cleavage comes out, they are not that noticeable. I think the size was perfect (if anything I would have gone to 400). But they are not heavy at all, it's still so early and they already feel apart of me like they've been there for years!

I'm going through this exact same thing at the moment! I'm currently a small, sad C and PS has suggested either 240cc or 315cc. I thought I was going to go for the 315 but for me I actually think they will be bigger what I'm looking for. I really just want to be a full D. My PS said that the 240cc will give me a full D, and the 315cc will likely be a DD. Not sure if that helps but just wanted you to know I am in the same boat! Good luck with your BA 😊
