Burning pain?

I just had my procedure this morn and am in a lot of pain. I feel the tightness for sure but did anyone get burning pain? In my nipples and incision site (Breast fold)

  • Congratulations! I had really bad burning pain on my incision for about the first 5-6 days. I felt like something was wrong but my PS said it was nerves.

    • Heyjamie yes, they were a bit warm... I imagine it鈥檚 from the increased blood flow because of the swelling . I am sure you are fine! I think the biggest thing to watch for is infection, so just make sure it all looks ok and you don鈥檛 have a fever or anything- and if you鈥檙e not sure just ask your surgeon! But I had the same thing:) I am 3 weeks tomorrow and feel great, just some sensitivity under my boobs, nipples and incision ... but SOOO much better. Hang in there!!!

Oh so reassuring to read all this. I am 5 dpo and I started getting a burning pain today. The doctor saw me today and said it is all ok, and I have no fever. But gosh.... This burning sensation... Thank you for sharing.
