Had explant last yr & am getting my boobies back this year.

Hello ladies!

I am so glad I found y'all. I am in the process of finding a Dallas Surgeon to place a new set of implants.

I had my previous set (smooth round saline 275cc) for 12yrs. But last year I had them removed and did not replace them at the time, because the internet had me convinced that they were making me sick. Looooong story. But since then I have found out that I am allergic to gluten and coffee (weird I know), so after diet changes I am feeling sooo much better and want my boobs back! Lol

I have been set on getting silicone this time, but I am left with zero tissue and not sure if I can hide any ripples in something that soft?! I just today learned of the Ideal Saline implant and am really liking that idea.

Anyhoo sorry for the novel! Glad to be here..xoxo

  • From my recent surgeon visits I was told silicone causes less rippling compared to saline. There are so many variations of silicone these days I would see what a surgeon recommends. Good luck!

Jessica Wow you're the first I've come across to do so! That makes me feel better. I really wish I would have just had mine replaced at the time, but hey at least now I know they aren't what made me feel unwell. :)

Did you change anything the second time around.. like silicone vs saline or size, brand etc?

  • I鈥檓 in Dallas as well! I鈥檓 scheduled in October at Las Colinas plastic surgery with Dr. Whetstone. He is so personable and has over 30 years experience. I had a consultation with Dr. Setty in McKinney because of his awesome Real Self reviews but it just wasn鈥檛 my cup of tea. Good luck on your new set!!
