Shape underneath left breast concerns!
Hey there, can anyone tell me if this is a normal thing or if this has happened to you?
I’m nearing 6 months PO, had smooth silicone 330 CC mod unders. Was originally a 34 A and now a 36 C.
My concern is that you can kind of see the shape of the implant and distinguish it from my natural breast tissue, especially when I have my arm raised (pic 2) from the side view.
I’m wondering if maybe my natural breast tissue would sort of widen or flatten out so that the shape of my natural breast is flush with the roundness of the implant.
Im afraid of it dropping and fluffing more and having this concern become more noticeable.
- my crease is still aligned with the incision scar
- the right breast does have this issue but it’s less pronounced
- i haven’t been doing massages lately
I see it. And it is normal for it to be worse with your arms elevated. While it is technically two bubbles (implant behind and breast on top), it's not bottomed out. Often this settles with time, think 8-12 months and sometimes if it still bothers you then, you can consider fat grafting to disguise this area. Hope this helps!
I would be honored to see you at my office in Raleigh, NC!
