Post-op tips and tricks?
Hi everyone! New to Bustmob and a recent acquirer of some new ladies! (415, silicon, unders)
I’m currently 4DPO and have been scouring this forum for recommendations and learnings from ladies further along in their recovery. Figured I’d start this thread as a means to collect tips and tricks!
A few questions to get this started:
- The big drop: anyone find success in speeding along the drop? My PS did not recommend a band, is this useful?
- Back pain: I’ve had some gnarly back pain from overcompensation and funky sleep positions. Has anyone found relief outside of pain medication and heating pads?
