Is Under or Over the muscle implants better for larger breast with mild sagging? Would moderate or high profile be better for my breast?

I am 30 years old , 5'4, 128lbs. Currently 32 C/D bra, 13 bwd. Im scheduled to undergo breast augmentation in Miami on 11/25/19. I currently have nice sized breast overall but very excited to get more volume and upper fullnes. I'm struggling with deciding if I should get over or under the muscle implants. I had 2 different consultations and both doctors said that due to the fact that I already have a lot breast tissue and volume they think I would be fine with putting my implants over the muscle. They also said that going over the muscle could help with the mild sagging I currently have by the implant slightly lifting my breast. I would be fine with going over the muscle but most info I've read online said theres a much higher chance of getting capsular contracture with over the muscle implants and I really want to avoid having hard feeling breast. Also I've read that going over the muscle will lead to breast sagging a lot quicker, especially of you get larger implants. The implant size i am leaning toward want is 450 high profile natrelles. Or possibly moderate profiles for a lil less projection. I've read that going under the muscle with my type of breast and desired implant size could lead to a higher chance of double bubble or bottoming out. And I also am nervous about altering my chest muscles if I dont have to. I'm soooooo CONFUSED on which route to go?! Under or over? High profile or moderate profile? Please help me. I've included pics. First 4 pics are me currently. Last two pics are my WISH pics.

  • Going over the muscle does not increase the chance of sagging. Both overs and unders are only supported by breast tissue and skin. Unders just mean the very top part of the implant is covered by muscle to help hide it, which is important if you don’t have much tissue. I went over the muscle to avoid a lift and am very happy with my choice.

also, there isn’t a “much higher” chance of CC with overs. If your surgeon uses appropriate “no touch” methods of implant insertion it’s like 2-3% higher chance.
