Underwire bra 24/7??

So, I’m almost 6 months post op and I do wear an underwire bra all day. Sometimes, I’ll go braless  on a night out.

I however don’t when I’m at the gym or sleeping. Should I be living in an underwire bra or what?

  • You can always just call your PS but mine told me, they are going no where😀. He says an underwire may help slow down gravity effects so I choose to wear one, but is not necessary. He told me at 3 months post op to go buy whatever pretty bra I wanted❤️. Enjoy!

Every one of us is very different. That being said, whether or not you should live in an underwire bra depends on what your long term goals are. Using myself as an example, I didn't want any upper pole... Didn't want them to look perky so once my incisions healed, I stopped wearing bras while at home.. from the time I got home from work one day to the time I dressed for work the next day. I wanted to allow gravity and the weight of my implants, get me the look I was going for. I will say that going unsupported, you do run the risk of bottoming out.
