5‘6, 125lbs, 550cc uhp silicone unders, bwd 12.5, implant exchange

Hi all,

So I finally had an implant exchange yesterday. It was up in the air for a long time if my appointment would get canceled or not but I’m super happy it didn’t.

My previous implants were 300cc hp round silicone overs. I used to be a 34a/b before and that gave me a 34c/d. Two pregnancies and 10 years later, I was left with barely a 34b and almost no breast tissue of my own. My boobs were literally only skin filled with the implants. They had also moved laterally quite a bit and overall they were way too small for my frame now. I will add pics from my surgeon once I get them.

I really loved them when they were bigger during breastfeeding and asked for a full and round look with some nice upper pole fullness.

My bwd is 12.5 and the max they could safely fit was 550cc uhp (corse) Motiva round silicone implants. Also went under the muscle this time.

It‘s day 1 PO and I’m in a lot of pain but I love them so much already. Can’t wait for the D&F to start!

  • Monia25 wow how great that you still got to have your surgery amidst this awful pandemic. I know my surgeon isn’t taking new patients at the moment and my final appointment with him will be on FaceTime because of it all. It’s crazy!

Anyway congratulations! They look amazing already! You must be so excited! I think you chose a great size for your frame. I had lots of pain too and wondered if there was something wrong with me lol. So many ladies have little to no pain post-op.

I also got Motiva but I got the Ergonomix Round Full profile 375cc. I’m super happy with them. At this stage I’m just really sick of sleeping on my back, it hurts still if I try to sleep on my side.

Keep us posted with your drop and fluff pics!

RizzleArm thank you! I had slight cc on one side and I believe they could say it was necessary because of that. It was a private surgery suite also. I got Norco tablets for the pain but it still hurts so much.

  • Morina do you have some pictures of your first implants prepregancy? I'm about the same build as you, little smaller boobs. I'm trying to decide what size implants I want to get. Thanks.

Carrie Colgan I’ll have to look for that, it was a long time ago. It looked really good and proportional back then but only because I had some tissue of my own. After losing most of that, the hp implants definitely were too narrow for my chest. I’m athletic and with a bwd of 12.5 they totally disappeared on my chest. It looked ok in a bra but I was only about a 34b. My surgeon recommended a lower profile for implants in the 300‘s to match my bwd better.

  • I'm sooo jealous and happy for you!  far! My BA s 2 weeks from today and it's been rescheduled twice.

They look great so far!!!! I am also getting uhp 535 or 590. Can't decide yet, and I have 450 saline. I hope you post lots of post op pics. I am looking for wish pics. Lol.

  • If you can continue to post progress that would be so appreciated! I’m hoping for 545 UHP as well (12-12.5BWD) surgery rescheduled for the third time to 4/29...fingers crossed. How are you feeling about the UHP? Do you have any before photos?

  • Hey all, I’ll definitely post more pics once they drop and fluff.

I found this before pic, however, it looks a little off, because I’m raising both of my arms to take the picture. With my arms down it looked better and more natural. My surgeon took pics and I’ll request those at my follow up next week. Raising my arms made them move up and laterally to the outside, as you can see. Also I drew in an arrow where you could see and feel some rippling. This side also had cc grade 2. You can also definitely see that 300cc hp is way too narrow for my chest.

I was a 34/36 dd during breastfeeding and really loved that. So I wanted to go as big as safely possible. I also wanted them as close together as possible with hopefully some cleavage without wearing a bra.
This is why I went with Motiva round instead of ergonomix.

My surgeon advised against an implant with a bigger diameter because my skin is very thin and he said it would greatly increase the risk of bottoming out soon. So to get the cc’s that will hopefully get me to a d cup we had to go with uhp. I already had 300cc and he said just going up 100-150 wouldn’t give me that much of an increase in size.

  • 2 wpo update!

They started to drop some but are still very high and super hard.

They also seem very small to me. Can’t wait for more drop and fluff. Also I wish that they would settle down closer together with more cleavage.

  • They look GREAT!!!

What made you decide on UHP vs HP?

I’m currently debating between 375 cc HP or 415 UHP.

Jbean I wanted to get the max cc for my bwd. My bwd is 12.5 and the surgeon recommended not exceeding that. I have very thin skin and almost no breast tissue of my own and he said that a bigger implant would likely cause more problems and would potentially be bottoming out.
The uhp implant has a diameter of 12.25 and 550cc. The hp implant with a diameter of 12.25 only has 425cc. Since I already had 300cc hp implants, 425 wouldn’t have given me a very big increase in size. So I had to go with uhp.
i think I would go with whatever is closest to your bwd. I know now that the 300cc hp implant was too narrow for my body.
