Revision Cost Question
Hey ladies! It has been over a year since my BA. A few days after surgery I used my arms to move myself in bed and I tore the internal stitches, which later on caused my implant to bottom out. My P.S did not really help me with my size & wouldn't even look at my wish pictures, so as someone that is petite I was afraid to go "too big" & felt like the sizer's didn't really help..... So I went with 325cc HP & I dislike the size as well as my bottomed out implant. Yes, I know this is my fault.. My P.S quoted me for revision & implant exchange... Not much less than I originally paid.
Anyways, I got a few other quotes from other doctors, which were more than mine.. but most of them said that if I went to them originally & this would have happened, they would have fixed it for no charge..
So my question is, if you had an issue and/or did not like your size, did your P.S charge you?
I also bottomed out, I’m not exactly sure why but my cosmetic surgeon charged me again. He said it was for the OR room, tools/ mesh for both sides, and anesthesiologist. My original surgery was 10,500 the revision was 7,500. That didn’t even include an implant exchange. I’m not a 100% happy but it’s better than before.
