Exercise & weight lifting
I have a consult next month for a revision, and will definitely ask then, but wondering what others experiences were. It’s been almost 13 years so I can’t remember!
How long before you were able to resume cardio and light weight lifting?
no weight lifting using the chest or running for at least 4 weeks. I have two friends who were back in the gym 10 days later doing very light cardio - walking on treadmill and stair climber. They also started up lower body moves only at about 2 weeks in.
I just got mine mine yesterday and I definitely plan on doing some light cardio at he gym next week. I feel totally fine - just sore and a bit of pain.Reply
