3 months PO - Going back under next month ☹️/😊

Good morning ladies, I haven’t been around here in a while mainly because my emotions have been through the roof lol. I currently have 330cc Silicone Sientra HP implants and I am 5’2 maybe 5’3 and 120lbs. My surgery was June 7th and I am currently 3 months and 2 weeks but those pictures were taken at 3 months.

I went to go see my doctor on Monday and my right boob doesn’t seem to want to go down since I was 4 weeks 💔. He had me massaging my right boob more, very very rough and put me on “Prednisone” and “Singulair” still no progress... He took pictures on Monday and told me he’d like to wait 4 more weeks and see if there’s any changes, if not, we’re going back in sometime in October and what he would do is go in on the right boob and I guess “stretch” my skin from the inside, and he said “it should be fixed”. Since I started with absolutely no breast tissue to begin with, he says situations like this can occur, where the skin just simply takes longer, or doesn’t want to stretch. However, my boob isn’t hard or anything, it’s as squishy as the other one, it’s just being a stubborn little bish.

I decided to ask him if I could go bigger and he said I absolutely can, now I do have the space for it and I could go 100cc higher from what I have now. I told him I wish I would’ve gone with that size to begin with because I feel like 330cc it’s too small on my frame and he told me he wouldn't have been able to fit it and my problem that I have now on my right boob, would’ve been worse. I see girls here that start with NOTHING and get bigger then 330cc but idk I guess every doctor is different.

Soooooo I see him again on October 7th, we’ll see if there’s any progress (I highly doubt it) and if there isn’t were going back in and I’m sizing up to 430cc buttttt before I even make that decision I want to make sure whatever is going on now won’t happen again with a even bigger size. Sometimes I feel like things happen for a reason (even though this sucks), I was definitely expecting for my implants to look bigger on me, so maybe this happened so that I could have the opportunity to be happier with a bigger size. We’ll see what happens. My surgery is covered by Sientra btw I would just need to pay $1.5K to get another size implant.

Ill keep you guys updated 🙏🏼 Wish me luck 🤞🏼❤️

  • I am so glad you are addressing this early and that it is covered! I had the same thing with my original set of saline implants. I just hoped for the best and left them crooked. Well fast forward 12 yrs and 2 more babies and they looked so bad. (I'll add a pic for you) I think I would go bigger as well. It seems the smaller they are, the more we notice any and every imperfection or asymmetry.  (Mine were only 275 cc btw)

    • JFoster87 omg thank you for your reply! That makes feel better about taking action now and not waiting. Yeah, I hope everything goes well the second time around and that I am happier with the size. Did you ever ended up doing another surgery? or thinking about it?

Nicky Elaine I am not sure. I am going with silicone to help with rippling. I think the sizes don't totally correlate between saline and silicone, so you need to go higher for the same effect. I will know more on Monday. I am hoping for just a very full look, not so bubbly up top like a ball, but heavier so they sit/hang more naturally. If that makes sense. Lol I am thinking around 400cc, but I could be way off. 🙃

Nicky Elaine Update on the consult. Well, he suggested sub-muscular, 400cc Natrelle SRX (Which is the softest gummy they make with an extra full profile) I have a BWD of 11. So he feels that one will give me a D cup or so without being too round up top. I am nervous about rippling with that soft of an implant, because of my lack of tissue, but I am going to trust he knows what he's talking about. I showed him pics of what I would like, and he seemed to get it. My surgery will be Nov. 8th. :)

Oh and he said that uneven pockets could be easily fixed. So I am sure yours will be easy too.

    • JFoster87 Omg thank you so much for asking about that! I am glad you're getting some fresh new boobies and I am sure he should know what hes talking about ! Best of luck to the both of us! What are your stats btw?

Nicky Elaine Not sure which you are wanting so I will just give you all of them! 😂

      5'3" 98lbs. BWD is 11 and I wear a 34 bra band. I hope that helps. 😁

    • JFoster87 Yes that's what I was talking about 😂 I am 5'3 as well but 120lbs and I think my BWD is 12. I'm in between 430cc and 450cc. Might end up with 430cc, I'm scared of going to big 😬

Nicky Elaine Not a huge diff between those amounts. I would go 450 if it were me. I am limited by my bwd on fill volume, which is why I have to get the Extra Full profile. On a 34in band every 100cc is a cup, so 20cc diff won't be crazy big. I say go for the 450s! 😁🎉

  • UGH! Lucky ass! Lol I have 345cc and wanna go bigger. No more then 450 tho. Might do it in like a year or so. But I hope everything goes well the second time around and I agree that you’ll end up loving the bigger size! They look amazing 😉

    • Stephanie Lynn Hahaha not so lucky but lucky at the same time 😂 the whole having to go back under, and having a revision idea SUCKS but I am excited to have bigger boobs 🍈🍈 :) .

My doctor said 450cc for me but that number kind of scares me lol so I am just going to go 100cc more.

    • Mo and overall how do you feel with them? Like the size with your body? I see that you're having issue with a "dent" :( I'm so sorry about that I hope you can resolve it soon.

Nicky Elaine prior was 34A with wiggle room 😑 lol. Love size, at last appointment doc said looked as if implant was bunched were came down lower(weaker skin) and to have full support (underwire bra) no pressure pushing down and give some more time to fully form capsule but could definitely be fixed and have better idea on situation in october at my follow-up. First 3 pre-op last 2 post-op currently (bra post-op is 34D but nips close to falling out😆) still havent been sized officially yet.

    • Mo Yesss 😍 thank you for sharing girl! You did start a tiny bit bigger than me, so 450cc might look just right for me. I'm really glad your situation at least can be fixed 🙏 Best of luck to you 😚

  • I am a little over 4 months (surgery was 5/2/19), my right has always sat higher then my left. At first the doctor seemed concerned, had me in a band and pushing down on it, ive been on singulair for a few months, but then after awhile she just said we would re evaluate in January if I should go back under. For awhile I thought they started to even out as they fluffed more, but every time I see a pic it’s just so obvious how high the right is :p

Fallon Elliot I feel that sometimes we are our own worst critics and we overanalyze way too much. I know theres nothing that can be done, and I do it to myself as well, but you look fan-freaking-tastic. Seriously. I see no issues even after studying the photo (sometimes at first glance I don't see what ladies are talking about and then see it after but not here). They look great.

    • Fallon Elliot I agree with B. Kind ! I see what you're talking about but it's barely noticeable. Your nipples look pretty symmetrical to me. On the other hand, mine, one is facing forward and the other one is facing down :( but soon it'll be fixed 🙏

Nicky Elaine glad you're getting your revision. I've been warned a lot "that they're not twins, but they are sisters ". I'm especially worried b.c of what I'm starting with, but when they aren't even sisters.... that's when I'd be telling my doc what's up too!
