  • Hello! I'm scheduled for March 11. I'm super excited! I am 5'3 about 118 lbs and currently a 32 B. I am hoping to become a d or dd.

Currently I have only tried on at home rice sizers. I'm hoping to get atleast 500 CC's but I will not know exactly until my pre-op appointment on March 10th. I am traveling to Alabama for my surgery and will be getting them done by William Hedden at Hedden and Gunn Plastic Surgery. I've attached my wish pics below.

Newboobies31 it went well! I had a rough 2 dpo but now at 4 dpo I am feeling pretty good now, switched from taking prescription painkillers to Advil yesterday. Still lots of pain at the side of my left breast and some zingers now and then but everything else feels well. I went with 650cc’s.

how are you feeling? How was your surgery?

  • Hey everyone! I'm scheduled for March 9th and I'm very excited and nervous. Go in for my pre-op appt on the 25th. I am 5'2" at about 115 lbs and I'm currently a 34A with a goal of a C cup. I'm going with ideal under the muscle with CC's in the 300s, I'll get more details during the pre-op appointment. Right now I'm trying to get everything together for what I'm going to need right before the surgery and during recovery. I've already ordered my wedge pillow and I have a few other items as well. Waiting for that scar salve to be back in stock so I can order it too lol.

silverqwert I had a pelvic surgery last year and my husband bought me a wedge pillow. Honestly, its a life-saver. When I lied down without it, I ended up stranded like a turtle on its shell until my husband rescued me haha.

    • Psych_Chick Haha well it's good to hear it'll be helpful! I just got mine today, I'm not sure how comfortable I'm going to be sleeping on it but I'll try my best! I've heard it's super helpful for getting out of bed since we can't use our chest muscles as much and with the wedge pillow we're already half way up!

  • I can't believe it is finally my time to be able to join one of these threads! I am so excited. My surgery is scheduled for March 25, in Perth, Australia. I am 162.5cm (the half matters) and 67kg. Actively trying to be 65kg for surgery though. Currently a 10B/C, aiming for a DD or DDD.

I've had a pre-consult with a nurse and a pre-consult with the surgeon, and we're all on the same page to go for "as big as you can without compromising the integrity of my body". My actual pre-op consult is on the 4th.

I've not really told many people about my surgery, so I am super keen to connect with others on here so we can support each other through the journey/process.

    :)

  • March 6! BA + BL. 5’10 currently a saggy 34D. I wanted 400cc (or higher) but my doctor says he will only go as high as 350/375 because I need an anchor lift; he says the smaller size is less likely to have complications. Didn’t learn this until after I put down my deposit. Kinda bummed I may not get the look I want, but I’m trying to trust his vision. I just hope I really like my results. It’s weird having boob greed BEFORE the procedure

  • I’m scheduled for March 30 in Dallas, TX. I live in New Mexico so I’ll be traveling a ways for surgery. I’m 40 years old, 5ft 2in and 127lbs, currently a 36b. Breastfed 3 kids for over 3 years total.  I’ll have an anchor lift and 250cc low profile Sientra implants. I’m going for a filled out natural look and my surgeon is confident he can give me what I’m hoping for with the lift and small implant combined with my current breast tissue. I’m trusting his opinion, statistics and reviews. His work looks amazing.

Michelle I’m the 19th too! I just had my pre-op last week and the nerves have kicked in. I’m so stressed because my first appt I picked 400cc and got scared to go too big so went down to 375. I know it’s not much difference but now I’m thinking I need to trust the Dr and go back to 400. Sizing is the hardest decision.
Im 5’3” 135lbs. I was always a 34c but breastfed two kiddos so sitting at 34b now.

Amydee84 I had my pre-op too and I’m doing 400cc, high profile, under the muscle. I’m 5’6ish and 145ish pounds lol. I am pretty active and don’t want huge boobs. I actually Somewhat like my smaller boobs (post weight loss) but not how deflated they look.

he wants me to find a wish pic of smaller boobs and see what I think but haven’t found them yet. My current wish Pic is like a DD victoria secret (according to him)

my surgery is scheduled for 3/16. My pre-op is 3/6. I’m 5’8” 155lbs. When I tried different sizes at my consultation I was pretty confident with 520cc moderate profile. But now I think I want full profile. I’ll be trying more on at my pre-op to make my final decision. I’m so excited!

  • Does everyone have to get bloodwork and an EKG before their surgery? Are you doing it with your surgeon? Mine provides it but I feel like I could get it cheaper through my insurance? Not sure!

    Like
    • Michelle I'm getting bloodwork but not an EKG- are those usually required? I'm doing mine with my primary care physician, the surgeon just faxes what they need me to test for over to my PCP and they know what to do from there. I'm going in on Monday for the bloodwork and everything.

  • How is everyone preparing for their surgeries?

I'm excited but I'm also very Type A personality and I want to make sure I have everything ready and prepared for! D: I just got my wedge pillow and I'm going to start sleeping on it about a week before surgery to get accustomed to it. I bought some antibiotic soap to use starting a week before surgery. Purchased the scar salve and boobie butter. I'm waiting to buy the extra surgical bras since I won't know what size I'm going to actually end up being yet? idk if I should go ahead and buy them before the surgery or while I'm healing. And I wouldn't know what size to get if I do...

I'm also going to have some snacks prepared and I have containers ready to distribute everything so I don't have to lift anything heavy (like juice or a big bag of food or whatever).

I'm kind of nervous about the constipation part lol, so I'm also going to be buying some fruits and prunes to snack on while I recover. I still have to find my cold packs though.

What is everyone else doing / buying?

  • March 25th surgery date/ pre op March 13! I’m excited at the same time I’m still curious. I don’t have wish pics because I can’t find any with my stats and procedure. I’m one that gets disappointed easily when I hold my expectations too high so I’m waiting to do Vectra imaging and sizers at my pre-op. Surgeon knows I want to look natural but also want to look balanced as I have curves (hips and a butt). He suggested 450cc mod + under the muscle. Currently 5’3 190lbs. 38b hoping to be a D. Even thinking double d however I have lower pole hypoplasia. Surgeon will repair that and do a donut lift which is freakin me out. Definitely shouldn’t of YouTubed that. Lol

  • Hello everyone! This is my second attempt at my BA. In October last year they found a lump. After mammogram, ultrasound and biopsy it has come back as a fibroadenoma. 😅
Anyway I am now booked in for surgery again on March 17th. So excited! I’m 5’9 & 149 pounds (I had to google that because I’m in Australia and we are metric 😂).

I am 39 years old and have breastfed 3 babies. I am practically flat as a pancake. I have wanted my boobs done since as long as I can remember but now they’re even smaller and so deflated. I am looking at getting around 300cc. I don’t want to be massive. I just want boobs.
I love this site because I am so worried about what people think of me and I am scared of them judging. But I come on here and feel so much better about my decision because I am not alone. I don’t know anyone who has had BA before but I’m grateful to read all of the stories on here ❤️. Good luck to everybody!

Deflatedmomma I’m ok. I thought that I would be further along by now. Thought I’d be pain free! I am pain free  when resting but as soon as I move, the muscle pain is bad and I have been hunching over and moving in weird ways to compensate. I think this has resulted in me having other weird pains in my back etc. Anyway today has been good and every day was easier than the last so that’s good! Have you got any photos?

  • Hey ladies! March 10th is the big day for me 💕 I’m 5’10 130-135 lbs and have a 13 BWD. Currently a very sad 34B (maybe even an A??) and am still deciding between 405Cc and 445cc silicons unders. I like the look of the 405 during the rice test, and would prefer a tad bigger, but in the same breath I feel like 445s might be a tad too big lol. But people say you usually wish you went bigger and you lose 50ish cc under the muscle so maybe 445 is the way to go? Preop is next Wednesday!

ashley19922 after rice testing myself for what seemed to be forever I’ve decided 445cc is what I’m going for! Everyone always wishes they went bigger and I’d rather have boobs that are a tad big vs wishing they were bigger. Not too much difference between the sizes anyway! And everyone preferred the 445 to the 405 when I would “try them on” lol and said they didn’t look huge.

    • Brogers008 Yes I plan to use a cami/sports bra (no padding) with them and if I like the look I might start wearing that out to work that way it won’t be too obvious when I return after surgery. I’ve already been starting to gradually stuff my bra a little now. I already wear padded bras but yeah.

  • Hello! I am scheduled for March 13th! I have canceled and rescheduled the surgery several times. I keep trying to talk myself into being OK with non-existent boobs, but I can't. I am both excited and very nervous! I am and 32A now and want to be a small C. I am 5'4, around 115 lbs. I am scheduled for a silicon implant, under the muscle, 300cc. I keep going between 300cc and 325cc but felt a little more comfortable at 300cc.  I am so grateful for this group and the info it provides.

  • Hi everyone. I'm scheduled for March 13th (380CC gummy bear unders). I'm a 33 year old (5'6" 135lbs) mother of 2 kids , breastfed both of them 1 year each. Doc said I dont need a lift and 380 CC will fill me up. That's what we sort of settled on. Couldn't even tell you my start size because I only really buy padded bralettes cause my boobs dont fill bras in correctly... Suuuuper nervous. Kind of want bigger but I just started getting into fitness and started krav maga training so have read all these under the muscle stories that worry me but gonna go for it anyway. Going to my pre-op this week. I kinda jumped into this and scheduled soon cause I've been wanting this for YEARS.

  • March 9 here! Already have had my preop and excited and scared at the same time! Bring a momma of 2 little ones and returning to work (teacher) 9 days post op are going to be 2 big factors for me!
Nursed both kids and vividly remember how bad engorged breast feels which some women say resemble the pain of a ba!
155 lbs 5’5 athletic build 36b going for a full d cup with 500ccs mentor saline

Lori&Co I have two little ones and am also a teacher! I’m taking off a Thursday and Friday and then have spring break. Then will be back to work! I teach third grade so hopefully I’m okay by then. I’m more worried about my little ones (youngest turning one the week after my surgery) than going back to work.

  • What are your thoughts on the Sientra implants?  Anyone getting the Sientra? and if so which one and why? My PS feels the Natrelle/ Allergan are the same quality as Sientra. But that's not what I am reading on this site. Need to decide by Thursday Thank you

    • nthldlcrz Ohh I'm also interested in this! Right now I'm not doing anything different to my diet but I usually try to stay away from inflammatory foods anyway- my choices have been low in sodium and I don't eat red meat that often, maybe once a week. I am wondering how people are preparing for the constipation part as that's what I'm nervous for post surgery! I'm going to have a load of fruits (especially pineapples) ready to snack on along with some prunes so I'll see how that goes.

I'm also contemplating which bra size to get. Do I get them now or wait until after the surgery? I don't know! I think my PS wants me to wear the surgical bra I go home with for at least one week straight so that can buy me some time before figuring it all out.

What else have you gotten to prepare? I have my wedge pillow and I've slept with it a few times already to see what it's going to be like. I also have metallic straws that I'm ready to use for drinking all my fluids and I have some jello I'm going to prepare the day before too! I purchased hibiclens soap to use before my surgery as well. I think the only thing left for me to get is the ice packs and some gauze just in case. Other than that I'll be set once I pick up my medicine!

Pemphredo Thank you so much. I’ve been up since 3 am had a coffee and toast bc my surgery isn’t until 4:30 pm! So nervous right now. Deep breaths and good vibes! Will update as soon. As I am able to!

Pemphredo I’m done! I was out in 40 min and came out feeling ok pain at incisions under breasts and super tight under pecs so tough to take deep breaths. I still have freezing so will take pain meds which I’m most nervous about bc they cause nausea for me.
The implants 465 filled to 485 cc hp are up to my collar bone and very visible.

  • I'm scheduled for 3-13 at 915am.
    Pre-OP ap is Thursday!

I'm so excited. I find it funny I get my boobs fixed on a Friday the 13th... Considering my first child who started the process of wrecking my boobs was born on a Friday the 13th 😂

  • I’m scheduled March 16th! 32yr old mother of two. I’m 5’3 127 lbs with a bwd of 11. Getting 400cc ultra high profile mentor silicone. It’s been 10 years since my last pregnancy and fluctuating up and down with my weight has drained them. I’m ready to put some fluff back in these babies and feel confident again!

  • Tomorrow is my day!

i thought I was getting sick but I think it’s just allergies. My PS let me take a Zyrtec and said as long as my lungs are clear and I’m not running a fever that we are good to go! I am very anxious and can’t wait for it to be over. I’m getting a BA & BL. I already have implants so I know what I’m getting into there but the lift, ooof I feel like that’s gonna hurt.
I have my room set up, parents are on their way to town to help with my kids, books and movies ready to go.

i know there’s a few others out there with 3/5 as their date, good luck and speedy recovery ladies!

    • Kalonkakon it is so fast and easy! Best choice ever! The lift hasn’t hurt me AT ALL! I’m 5 Days post op. The implant just makes your muscles really sore but not so much pain, which I’m sure you know! :)

Breastaug101 you’re right, the incisions from the lift aren’t bad at all.
