Lopsided implants

I see that another gal is facing the same concerns as I am! I am 7.5 weeks post-op, and one implant is not dropping. (I have 350CC’s under the muscle). I have been consistently asking the surgeon’s office what I should be doing, and they just now suggested a band for the next 6 weeks. I requested the massage-machine In order for the muscle to loosen, but they said “no” would Th no explanation. I didn’t push the issue, but should I? The office has already talked about me needing a possible second surgery if the implant doesn’t drop. I am also perturbed because the incision line is clearly higher on one side by at least a half inch. The surgeon says she followed my natural Crease, but I never had lopsided boobs or nipples before now. I just feel like it was a botched surgery 😩😭. What are your thoughts and suggestions ?

  • More time for sure!  It's so early.  I haven't heard of a massage machine.  I ask the patient to massage downward, easier to do while lying down.  Push implant toward your feet not into the bed.  It's possible you had asymmetric folds before but didn't notice because they're normally hidden by breast tissue.  I measure each time I'm in the operating room but I'm not perfect either.  Definitely too early to panic!!

I would be honored to see you at my office in Raleigh, NC!
