Newbie (16 Days Post Op) 600cc HP Overs

Hey Ladies,

I鈥檓 24 years old, from London UK. I am 72kg and 5ft 6. I had a breast augmentation and uplift on 2nd October 2019. I travelled to Turkey to have my procedure. This was my first cosmetic surgery ever, I got 600ccs HP over the muscle, mentor silicone implants, smooth and round.

I can not express how over the moon I am with with my results. I鈥檓 so in love with my new boobs I can wait to see day by day the new results, I鈥檓 going to get. I鈥檒l try to post more pictures regularly.

Please feel free to ask me any questions or concerns.

Thanks

PLE2003 I know right! Isn鈥檛 this crazy! I am so happy, I have found someone with the same stats as me yay! We should follow one another. It was really hard to find pictures of cases with 600ccc over the muscle. I鈥檓 17 days post op, but when I was doing my initial research I was getting so worried that I couldn鈥檛 find much people that had over the muscle as I had read on a lot of forums from women advising if your going big to go under the muscle. But I鈥檓 glad I listened to my PS and Im please with how it all planned out. Your boobs also look amazing and it鈥檚 refreshing to meet someone in the same boat. I feel so much better :)

Dani I think more and more PS are doing overs and it seems like lots of girls are switching from unders to overs. I鈥檝e read most PS don鈥檛 know how to do overs and that鈥檚 why it鈥檚 not as popular yet!!!

i saw horror videos of what unders can look like so I鈥檓 SO thankful I had a VERY EXPERIENCED PS.

PLE2003 Im 8 days po and also did overs. Besides them feeling heavy and new,  I haven't had any issues,  no painkillers and very little restrictions.  I'm pro over!

Mariojas I鈥檓 almost 7mpo and mine are still heavy to me it鈥檚  bc im used to almost nothing lol.

I took a pain pill each night to help with sleep but I literally had NO pain. I was out to lunch after my post op appointment the day after surgery. Had I known it was such an easy process I鈥檇 of done it sooner I think .

PLE2003 Thats very true, I read somewhere that PS are so use to doing unders that鈥檚 why 9 times out of 10, PS Op for doing unders. I workout 5 times a week so I am glad I got overs as I鈥檝e heard so many females mention the deformity you can get with unders. It also really depends on how much breast tissue you start off with I was initially 34B/C.

Apparently with overs your implants don鈥檛 drop as significantly as unders I鈥檓 yet to experience this as I鈥檓 still in the early stages of my recovery. Did yours drops drastically or just a little bit?

PLE2003 Hey, As we have the same stats did you get any ripping in ur cleavage area around 4/5 weeks post op. I鈥檓 just over 1 month post op and I can feel ever so faintly 3 small ripple lines on my right breast. You can鈥檛 see it only when I leave over or bend down. I鈥檝e spoken to my surgeon he said not to worry as it鈥檚 early days so far and my breast still need to drop and adjust as the skin is still tight and recovering.

Dani Funny you ask that because I started noticing exactly what you mentioned probably about 2 months ago. (I鈥檓 like 7 months) it鈥檚 only once in awhile and it鈥檚 very faint. I was in to see my PS last week and he didn鈥檛 notice it.

Im not really worried about it at all. I was at first but I rarely see it now. Mine hasn鈥檛 gotten any worse, I鈥檇 say as long as it doesn鈥檛 get worse it鈥檚 probably no biggie.

PLE2003 they look amazing! Any particular reason why you did over instead of under?

Jace24 I chose overs bc my PS recommended them. He does both but from what he had told me and my research Overs are less likely to show rippling and also with overs you don鈥檛 get animation deformation. (My PS showed me a video of animation deformation and it totally freaked me out) I then knew I most definitely wanted overs.

Eveything I read is overs are becoming more popular but a lot of PS aren鈥檛 trained in doing overs, my PS actually travels the us teaching his technique so I trusted him. I have NO regrets.

PLE2003 ok makes a whole lot of sense. Rn I鈥檓 doing my research cause I want to get them before summer 2020. I will look into PS who do this type of procedure in the US.

      Jace24 where are you from?
I got mine done mid April and went on a beach vacation the first full week of June, I鈥檇 recommend 8 weeks for FULL recovery so end or March beginning of April would be great for summertime. The sooner the better, gives more time to heal and drop.

  • I had overs and changing it for unders. My breasts are hanging again and I will need another lift. There are times I can feel the implant. I guess that would be rippling?
