Before and after nipples!

I’m planning on a lift with implants.  My husband is finally on board, even though he says I’m “perfect!”

His biggest concern isn’t the feel, size, etc but the nipples and areolas!!

Ive told him over and over that they cut around the areolas and make them and nice size and shape.  He will send me “wish pics” and I’ll comment and all he was really trying to show me was the nipple....

can anyone share with me their before and after of their nipples, preferably after a lift?thanks so much!!!

  • Hello Sarah,

I have 480cc UHP silicone under with a donut lift. My surgery was on 7-15-19.  Overall I am very pleased with the shape of my breasts. But I have to be honest about the donut lift.  I am completely good with it now but at first I was very unhappy with it.  It was difficult to enjoy my beautiful breasts while looking at my bandaged nipples.  My surgeon took my bandages officially off on 9/13/19.  My skin started to have an almost allergic reaction to the tapes.  I started using Jenny’s Scar Salve on 9/20/19 & I can see a huge difference in just a week!!  Feel free to ask as many questions as you have.   Good luck!! (Attached is a collage of my 10 week journey.)

Simplysah I know what to expect during the healing process but I don’t think my husband understands and I feel I might have to hide the nipples and incisions from him for a while cause he might freak out lol!

Youre around the same size I’m looking at!

Gracie these look fantastic! I can’t even see your scar! Your before is similar to mine. How many cc did you get? Love that “bra!”  I showed one like that to my husband and told him I can’t wait til I can wear something like that and my titties don’t just hang out hahhah

SarahKy thank you! The darkest scar I have is where the vertical and the horizontal scars meet under on boob. It’s a high tension spot and had trouble healing. It was the last area to close and I have maybe a dime size spot there. Hopefully it all fades in time though. I got 485cc.  I didn’t want larger breasts necessarily. Just lifted , round ,fullness. I started at 36c and ended at 36c since the lift removed a decent amount of skin that previously had no volume.

Gracie sounds similar to what I want! Was thinking 450 but might need more because of the lift and under muscle

  • I had an anchor lift and areola reduction. I have Sientra Highly Cohesive Silicone 415cc high profile unders. I don’t know why the pics are out of order, but the first one is 10 weeks post op, the 2nd is at 4 weeks (shiney cuz of the aquaphor), and the last one is at 20 weeks. It’s only scary looking until the bloody scabs come off, then it’s fine and gets smoother in time. The areolas stay puffy for a while, surgeon said it could take about a year for them to settle, but I don’t mind it honestly!

gemma starr You look great! I will be having an anchor lolipop lift on the 9th. I am worried about not having the round fullness on the bottom.

    • MommyB26 the fullness at the bottom will come naturally in time. I love the bottom and now wish there was more rounded fullness at the top/upper pole, but this makes it very natural and cleavage looks great in bras. It will happen, give it time. Your surgery was yesterday?? How did it go? What did you get? How do you feel?

gemma starr gemma starr  Yes, my surgery was Wednesday. Feeling better, more like myself, today. Just felt lots of tightness in my chest  and I have bruising on the sides. I got Sientra smooth round left- 415HP, right- 385HP. I can’t wait for the drop and fluff! They look so far apart. Is this normal?

    • MommyB26 were you prescribed any valium or other muscle relaxer? It will definitely help with the tightness. If not maybe ask your surgeon what they think. I only took it at night with the pain meds and I swear it was such an easy recovery. Mine were high up, though not too far apart at first but once they settled they had a natural fall too them. Not sure how much tissue you had to begin with...I think that has a lot to do with the spacing in between. But they definitely will get closer together as your skin stretches and muscles heal. Be patient with yourself, it’s going to be awesome!

gemma starr Thank you for your encouragement! I have Valium, I don’t like the way it makes me feel, so was trying Tylenol and ibuprofen, but I think I’m going to take my Valium next. 😊

  • I had a donut lift and areola reduction with 385cc implants. The first two pics are before and the bottom pic is from today! I’m 7 days post op. The wrinkled look around the areola is supposed to go away. Hopefully sooner rather than later!

    • Melindaaaaaaaa my areolas looked identical to yours with the pleating. Im now 6 months post op and it’s much smoother on the outer sides, inner sides still have some pleating and puffiness but my surgeon said it takes about a year to settle in. Waiting waiting. Lol.

  • I had an anchor lift and implants 2 weeks ago. Here is my before pic and my 2 week pic when the tapes came off for the first time. I was super nervous about seeing the incisions but it was no way near as bad as I thought. I'm hopeful the scars will fade quickly once tape comes off for good next week.
